ENDURION AUTOMATE / COMMERCIAL MODEL

Prove one process. Then scale with control.

We start with a named process and verifiable requirements. The figures below are non-binding net planning estimates. Scope and price require confirmation for your project.

ENDURION / STAGE 01

Process Assessment

One-time · indicative net price

We examine one workflow, its data sources and exceptions for feasibility. You receive a reasoned recommendation and bounded pilot scope.

1.490 €
ENDURION / STAGE 02

Proof of Value

One-time · indicative net price

A bounded case tests quality, rework and failure behaviour using sample data or explicitly approved test data.

4.900 €
ENDURION / STAGE 03

Business Integration

Project starting price · net

Following scope approval, we connect production systems with agreed permissions, error handling, monitoring preparation and documented handover.

ab 12.900 €
ENDURION / STAGE 04

Managed Automation

Recurring · starting price · net

We monitor, maintain and support agreed workflows. The contract distinguishes usage volumes, SLAs and change services.

ab 1.490 € / Monat

VAT is added. Third-party licences, hosting, AI usage, customer infrastructure, custom development and data migration are included only when explicitly listed. Price and delivery require scope approval.

CAPACITY MODEL / UNVERBINDLICH

How much time goes into a recurring task?

The display estimates released processing time, not guaranteed savings. Review, errors and operations add effort. Investment decisions need measured pilot results.

Potential hours freed per month46,8 hAssumption: 4.33 weeks per month. Validate impact through a pilot.

PROJECT / ASSUMPTIONS

What a binding proposal needs first.

Before quoting, we clarify volumes, documents, interfaces, privacy, roles and exceptions. Required service hours also shape ongoing support.

Contracts, payments, hiring and similarly consequential matters need separate approvals and legal review. Uncontrolled automatic decisions are outside this initial scope.

TRANSPARENT SCOPE / WHAT IS INCLUDED

A good proposal also explains its boundaries.

AI implementation is more than a prompt: data sources, exceptions, permissions, running costs and ownership matter. We clarify them before a binding proposal.

Which additional costs might apply?

Microsoft 365 or workflow licences, model usage, hosting, integration changes, data cleanup and maintenance. These are itemized separately.

What will a pilot deliver?

One bounded workflow with test cases, documented assumptions, quality measurements and a recommendation. No implicit production launch.

Who owns operations?

An ownership matrix defines customer approvals and Endurion monitoring and support under the agreed contract.

Which stage matches your decision?

Stages can be commissioned separately when their prerequisites are met. An assessment does not oblige you to proceed to integration.

Next step

Let’s assess feasibility and scope properly.

First establish whether the workflow is suitable for automation. Define scope and proposal before commissioning a platform or operations contract.
