OUR SERVICES

Everything your IT needs. At a glance.

From a single support issue to an automation project: see exactly what Endurion can take on.

Our nine IT services

Clear scope. Direct contact.

Only need help with one task? We can help with that too.

ENDURION / AUTOMATE

Pass on a complete service request.

Endurion Relay brings the email, attachments and follow-up questions into one case. Suggested details are checked and missing information stays visible. The agreed destination receives data only after the required approval.

Start with one limited process. No unattended AI decisions.

ENDURION / SYSTEM NOTE
IDENTITYPrivileged access without clear ownership is not a durable control.
RECOVERYA backup only counts when the recovery path is known and tested.
NETWORKConnectivity is part of the security boundary, not just transport.
OPERATIONSAn alert without ownership is just noise with a timestamp.
Architecture Note

What an automated workflow depends on.

A backup alone does not ensure recovery. A restore may depend on identity, networking, keys, databases and DNS. We also check permissions, documentation and who can authorise recovery.

The technical question behind it

Which independent access paths and tools support recovery when the usual management environment has also failed?

Areas of work

Not nine isolated services. Four technical relationships.

A new application also changes access, networking, backups and support. These groups show which responsibilities we assess together and the services behind them.

Operations & recovery

Who handles alerts, support and recovery after the project? Monitoring, backup and restore are planned before handover so operations can take responsibility.

ENDURION / INTELLIGENT AUTOMATION

Clearer processes. Less work in the inbox.

Where does extra work arise: intake, queries or handoff? We separate fixed rules from professional decisions, then assess whether AI can help prepare unstructured requests or documents.

What we check first

Before anything is modernised, we need to know what actually carries the environment today.

Before recommending a change, we compare documentation with actual conditions: critical services, access, dependencies, recovery, vendor lifecycle and incident decision authority.

Frame an architecture assessment
Critical servicesWhat has to return first?
Identity & privileged accessWho can still get in during an incident?
Technical dependenciesDNS, routing, certificates, databases, interfaces.
Recovery & rollbackIs restore tested and the rollback path defined?
Ownership & documentationWho decides, documents and takes ownership?
Tools instead of claims

Check assumptions before commissioning work.

Use the calculators and review questions to explore volumes, effort and operational gaps. Results help prepare the discussion; they do not replace a technical assessment or binding proposal.

ENDURION AUTOMATE / SOLUTIONS

Five Endurion products. One connected system.

Each product page explains its workflow and limits. Before rollout, we choose a pilot together and verify which system access is actually available.

Next step

Show us the workflow that drains time from your team each week.

Bring a typical case and its exceptions to the first conversation. Volumes, inputs, approvals and systems define the questions for an assessment or pilot.

Technology in daily work

What to settle before a pilot.

An everyday operating example

Start with real cases

A typical request gives a first impression. A useful pilot also needs incomplete inputs, duplicate messages and conflicting information. These cases show whether validation rules hold up in daily work.

Illustrative example describing a possible approach, not a documented customer reference.

Assign decisions

We record which steps can follow a rule and which require a person. This includes who asks for missing information and who can stop a case. Each approval needs an accountable owner.

Measure the effect

Before starting, record handling time, follow-up questions and error types. Track the same measures during the pilot. Time saved is only part of the picture: corrections, stalled cases and operating effort also count.
